One QR code on your booth. Guests pick the song, pay or leave a tip, and you decide if it plays. No app to download, no tip jar that walks off.
No card locked in forever — cancel anytime. Then it's $19.99 + GST NZD/month.

One tap opens your Instagram profile before they can request — asking every guest to follow, event after event.
Searches Spotify, chooses how soon they want it played, and confirms with card. The charge is held, not confirmed yet.
Play it, and the charge goes through automatically. Skip it, and it cancels itself — nobody's out of pocket.
Before a guest can submit a request, they're prompted to visit and follow your Instagram. No bots, no giveaways — just real people who were already standing in front of your booth, one tap from following your page.
Not every event is about charging per song. The Pro plan lets you switch on free requests — guests still request and follow you, you still approve, and they can add an optional tip if they want to.
14-day free trial · You keep 100% of every paid request and tip
Put your DJ Request Pro QR code on the booth, a screen or a table card. You get a 14-day free trial, then the Pro plan is $19.99 + GST NZD a month. For your guests, requesting can be completely free when you switch on free requests.
Yes, anytime before you accept it — the Guest's card is only held, never charged, until you accept. Once you accept, the payment is captured and you're taking on the request to play that song. If you accept and then can't play it, the Guest can request a refund, which comes out of your account, not ours.
It's rare, but it can happen with any card payment. As the one providing the request service, you're responsible for chargebacks the same way you would be with any other payment you accept directly.
Yes — cancel from your account settings whenever you want. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then it stops. No calls, no emails needed.

No. Just a QR code — printed or on a screen — and your phone or tablet to approve requests.
Money goes straight to your own connected bank account via Stripe, and you receive 100% of the price or tip you set. Guests pay a small service fee on top (shown before they pay) that covers card processing and the platform — nothing is deducted from your earnings.
You're not charged anything. If you don't cancel, the $19.99 + GST NZD charge kicks in automatically on day 15.
